A plunging halter neckline dives all the way down, open sides bare your waist, and a wrap skirt swings with a full curtain of fringe that moves every time you do. The white satin is lit up with hand-painted fire-lily blooms in orange, coral, and gold soft and dramatic all at once. Tie it low at the back, slip into your heels, and let the fringe do the talking on your vacation nights, your birthday, or any moment that deserves a little heat.
