Many LuxxBrownGirl items are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed, and your item is created specifically for you.

Made-to-order items require up to 4 weeks for production before shipping.

Production timelines cannot be rushed, prioritized, or moved ahead of other orders due to event dates.

Once a made-to-order order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified — including size, color, or order details.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is captured at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
All orders ship via UPS or USPS and require an adult signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange delivery or pickup with the carrier.
Shipping timelines vary by item and are listed at the top of each product description. Production time + shipping time = total delivery time.
LuxxBrownGirl is not responsible for:

5. Returns & Store Credit
All returns are governed by our Return Policy:

Store credit only no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

Returns must be started through the Return Portal within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval.

A $9.99 handling fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, scent-free, stain-free, with original packaging and the "Do Not Remove This Tag" tag attached.
Final sale items (bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and any item marked "Final Sale") are non-returnable.
LuxxBrownGirl reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
