Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
All orders take 1-4 days to process , delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping  10–15 business days

  • Standard Shipping 8–12 business days

  • Express Shipping 5–8 business days

Express & Standard apply only after processing.
⬥ Processing cannot be rushed or changed once an order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs or import fees, depending on your country.

Is LuxxBrownGirl responsible for lost or stolen packages?
No. LuxxBrownGirl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been issued.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If the order has already been processed or a tracking number has been assigned, the address cannot be changed.
Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
LuxxBrownGirl does NOT offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
We offer store credit only — no exceptions.

Eligible items must:
✔ Be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery
✔ Be postmarked within 10 days of delivery
✔ Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, scent-free, stain-free, and include original packaging and the “Do Not Remove This Tag” tag

How do I start a return for store credit?
Use the Return Request Page or the Store Credit Form inside your package.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and customer pays shipping both ways if an item is denied.

What happens if my return is denied?
If an item does not meet our return requirements, it will be shipped back to you once a reshipment fee is paid.

Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
No. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
Due to our fast processing, no changes can be made.

What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted methods may include: major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Payment options may vary based on location.

What if my item arrives damaged?

This must be done before the item is worn or tags are removed.

Made To Order Items

How long do Made To Order items take to ship?
Made To Order items take 1–3 weeks for production.

What if my order contains a Made To Order item?
Your entire order will be held until the made to order is ready to ship.
To split the shipment, email info@luxxbrowngirl.com to arrange a split fee.

Missing Your Order?

If your package is missing, delayed, or stolen:
1️⃣ File a claim directly with UPS/USPS/FedEx.
2️⃣ If theft is suspected, file a police report.
3️⃣ Wait for carrier investigation results.
