Created One Piece at a Time

LuxxBrownGirl made-to-order items are not mass-produced. Each piece is created individually after your order is placed, using your selected size and specifications. Production begins immediately and therefore cannot be changed, canceled, or expedited once the order is submitted.

Production Timeline

Made-to-order items require up to 3 weeks to be completed.
This timeframe does not include shipping.

Shipping for Made-to-Order Items

Express and Standard shipping only begin after production is finished.

Shipping speed cannot shorten the production time.

Production cannot be rushed, prioritized, or moved ahead of other orders due to event dates.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact support before placing your order to confirm whether your timeline is possible.

Store Credit & Restocking Fee

Made-to-order items are eligible for store credit only.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount to cover labor, materials, and special production.

To qualify for store credit:

The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, scent-free, stain-free, and in original condition.

The “Do Not Remove This Tag” security tag must still be attached.

Item must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.

Quality Check & Signature Requirement

Each made-to-order piece is:

Manufactured individually

Inspected and checked by our team

Packaged and hand-verified before shipping

Because of the value and wait time of made-to-order items, an adult signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the package is placed directly into your hands or someone you trust.

Lost or Missing Made-to-Order Packages

Because made-to-order pieces are high-value and created individually for each customer, if your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us directly at luxxbrowngirl@gmail.com for assistance.
