Shipping policy

All orders ship within 7–10 business days. Because orders are often fulfilled together  combining made-to-order and in-stock items we've moved to a single, consistent shipping timeline across every order.

Express shipping is not currently offered. We've removed it to keep fulfillment reliable, since combined orders made split delivery speeds difficult to guarantee. We plan to bring express shipping back when we're able to support it consistently.

If your order contains only in-stock items and you need it sooner, email us at info@luxxbrowngirl.com. When it's possible, we'll upgrade you to faster shipping at no guarantee but with our best effort. Made-to-order items cannot be expedited.
