  • Return requests must be submitted through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval.
  • A $9.99 handling fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your store credit.
  • Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Our timelines fall into these ranges:

  • 2–3 weeks Standard made-to-order items
  • 7–10 business days  Items in stock and ready to ship
  • 3–5 days  Ready-to-ship accessories and select items

Shipping:
All orders ship via UPS or USPS with signature required on delivery. You will receive tracking once your item ships. Please allow the production timeline above before your item ships.
