Unless your order was received incorrectly or arrived defective, all other items are eligible for store credit only.

Items purchased from LuxxBrownGirl are eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Return items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to qualify for credit.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging intact and the “Do Not Remove This Tag” tag still attached.
Items must be free of wear, alterations, damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or fragrances (including deodorant or perfume).

Items that do not meet these return conditions will be sent back to the customer once the applicable reshipment fee has been completed.

A limited number of heavily discounted or final sale items are clearly marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit or return.
