- Return requests must be submitted through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval.
- A $9.99 handling fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your store credit.
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
- Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
