- Return requests must be submitted through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval.
- A $9.99 handling fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your store credit.
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
- Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Our timelines fall into these ranges:
- 3–4 weeks Made-to-order items with custom detailing or specialty colors
- 2–3 weeks Standard made-to-order items
- 7–10 business days Items in stock and ready to ship
- 3–5 days Ready-to-ship accessories and select items

All orders ship via UPS or USPS with signature required on delivery. You will receive tracking once your item ships. Please allow the production timeline above before your item ships.
